Internship

For 13 weeks you will learn about the basics of entrepreneurship and explore yourself with the position that you choose while studying at the university with flexible time.

For one-semester you will learn about the basics of entrepreneurship and explore yourself. An Internship program for an active undergraduate student who has an internship mandatory program from the university.

There is no specific position. The assignment will be adjusted to the applicant’s university curriculum or the applicant’s needs.

Within 10 weeks you will learn about the basics of entrepreneurship and explore yourself with the position that you choose.

You will be grouped in a team that consists of three persons; the Project Management Brain, Creative Brain, and Business Development Brain.

Winter Internship program is started between December and March, while the Summer Internship program is started between June and September. Usually, this program joined by students who want to improve the experience during holidays.

For 15 weeks you will learn about the basics of entrepreneurship and explore yourself and have big ambition to join HartLogic as HartLogic Builder.

During the 15 weeks you explore yourself at HartLogic, you are free to hone yourself in other organizations or companies, look for other opportunities, take part in various activities apart from HartLogic.

Experienced

Builders at HartLogic hold the responsibility of running and improving the organization in order to achieve the vision and mission of HartLogic in accordance with the functions of each Builder in each department.

Staff

  • 0-24 months work experience and open for everyone with age below 25 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
  • Evidenced success in a professional and/or extracurricular field
  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in a relevant foreign language is a plus

Manager

  • 25-48 months’ work experience (HartLogic Employee) or 49-72 months’ work experience (new applicant)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
  • Evidenced success in a professional and/or extracurricular field
  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in a relevant foreign language is a plus

Division Head

A role in the Consultant at HartLogic is a commercial role: fast-paced, client-driven, and results-focused. HartLogic builds confident and effective professionals who deliver on time, under pressure, and to a high standard. Throughout your time at HartLogic, you’ll receive significant training, coaching, and mentoring from experienced colleagues.

  • 12 months work experience (HartLogic Employee) or 24 months work experience (new applicant)

  • Evidenced success in a professional and/or extracurricular field

We need professionals with specific fields of expertise. Here, you will provides specific services in specific projects at HartLogic based on your potential. Throughout your time at HartLogic, you’ll receive significant training, coaching, and mentoring from experienced colleagues.

  • Have certain talents in the field of:
    Sharer, Helper, Crew, Influencer, Performer
  • Evidenced success in a professional and/or extracurricular field
  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in a relevant foreign language is a plus
  • HartLogic Sharer: Hartroopers who is able to be a Trainer, Motivator, Speaker, Coach, Mentor.
  • HartLogic Helper: Hartroopers who is able to be an MC, Moderator, Observer, Facilitator, Counselor.
  • HartLogic Crew: Hartroopers who is capable of being Videographer, Photographer, Live Publication Specialist, Make-up artist, Hair Stylist, Sound Specialist, Lighting Specialist, FoH Specialist, Vendor Specialist, Equipment Specialist, Security Specialist, Permit Specialist, First Aid Specialist.
  • HartLogic Influencer: Hartroopers who is capable of being Vlogger, Slogger, Blogger, Plogger.
  • HartLogic Performer: Hartroopers who is capable of being Dancer, Singer.

  • Willing to invest and has a big interest in the chosen venture
  • 12 months’ specific consulting work experience (HartLogic Employee) or 24 months’ specific consulting work experience (new applicant)
  • Dedicate minimum 5 years to work as a stakeholder to reach organizational goals.
